When passion and purpose collide, it causes a ripple effect capable of changing the world. As a social entrepreneur, I use creativity to drive innovation, inclusivity, and meaningful change. I specialize in curating impactful events, facilitating workshops, delivering talks, and providing DI event support.
My journey began in marketing and sales, where I mastered the art of storytelling and building authentic connections. This foundation led to the creation of Sparkles n' Sawdust Studio, an award-winning business recognized for its positive community impact. After three resilient years of navigating the pandemic, I embarked on a new chapter with the launch of Supernova Events—a creative hub dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and sustainable creative economy in Atlantic Canada. Under this umbrella, I launched two signature platforms: the Supernova Market, which supports artisans by providing opportunities to showcase and sell their work, and the Supernova Conference, which connects creatives and industry professionals to spark innovation and collaboratively tackle industry challenges.
Armed with diplomas in community development and office administration, as well as a scholarship-backed psychology background from MSVU, I've honed my skills as a leader and community builder.
I am also the author of Unfiltered Wisdom: A How-To Guide for the Modern Creative Entrepreneur, a resource designed to help creatives navigate the complexities of the modern business world with confidence and authenticity.
Beyond my entrepreneurial ventures, I am a multidisciplinary artist, a devoted animal lover, and proud of my Italian heritage.
